Come welcome this Equinox by exploring what it means to balance — not as a destination, but as a never-ending process in life & art.

Making a collage doesn't require special talents or tools — paper, glue, and a few images provide all the materials to manifest a piece of art. Collaging is accessible and also absorbing — done with contemplative awareness, making a collage is a meditative process for exploring and expressing your deepest intentions. Done in community, collaging is a beautiful collective ritual for creative practice.

Cosmic Collage! sessions are auspicious opportunities to combine your intuition and creativity with  the synchronicity of powerful astrology.

In the northern hemisphere, the March Equinox is celebrated as the "true" new year and the beginning of the astrological calendar. Throughout the entire world, both Equinoxes (spring and fall) symbolize a brief but sacred moment of seasonal balance before change, a moment of stillness before the Earth shifts directions. This is the perfect time for intentional rituals and magic — a potent time to practice balancing as a cyclical, ongoing process of equilibrium. It is a time of creative possibilities.

On March 20th at 5:24pm ET, the sun will be directly above the hemisphere. This part of the planetary cycle brings an almost equal experience of night and day, of dark and light. It provides us an opportunity to initiate our own cosmic reset through contemplation and creativity.

In celebration of this celestial event, on March 19th, we will spend 2hrs 30min in meditation, reflection, imagining, and collaging.

No collage experience is necessary. Simply bring a journal, scissors, glue, magazines/newspapers or images/words for your collage (or use a digital collaging app).

I will offer gentle guidance and tips for collage making - but everyone is invited to experiment and play however they wish. And you will not be forced to share your collage!
